摘要
在内燃机技术逐渐发展过程中,发动机对于活塞环在使用寿命方面的要求越来越高,在此情况下,活塞铸铁环槽在进行机械加工时,质量要求也进入到了全新阶段,其中主要体现在对于活塞品种有了更高要求。为了实现活塞铸铁环槽整体加工质量提升,需加强对其机械加工整个过程的研究,运用理论结合实践方式,促进加工质量有效提升。
In the process of the gradual development of internal combustion engine technology,the engine has higher and higher requirements for the service life of piston rings.In this case,the quality requirements of piston cast iron ring groove in machining have entered a new stage,which is mainly reflected in the higher requirements for piston varieties.In order to improve the overall processing quality of piston cast iron ring groove,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the whole process of machining,and use theory combined with practice to promote the effective improvement of processing quality.
