摘要
汽车车身板材最常应用的材料就是铝合金材料,铝合金材料最大的特点就是有一定的可塑性和高强度。现在已经是众多汽车生产厂家优先选择的车身材料之一,但是铝合金车身材料在使用的时候还有一个缺点就是熔点比较低,会给修复工作带来很大的困难和挑战。本文通过分析汽车铝质车身的特点,深入了解汽车铝质车身材料修复新技术的实践情况,希望能够给以后的汽车修复者提供一些参考。
The most commonly used material for automotive body panels is aluminum alloy material.The biggest feature of aluminum alloy material is that it has a certain degree of plasticity and high strength.It is now one of the body materials preferred by many automobile manufacturers.However,there is another disadvantage of aluminum alloy body materials when they are used.The melting point is relatively low,which will bring great difficulties and challenges to the repair work.This article analyzes the characteristics of automotive aluminum body,and has an in-depth understanding of the practice of the new technology of automotive aluminum body material repair,hoping to provide some references for future car repairers.
