摘要
分析了露天煤矿运输环节设备数量、作业特点、作业环境变化影响等特点,从严细管理角度入手,探索安全生产管理措施,多举措并行,保障运输安全,严控安全措施落实到位,提高安全管理实效。结果表明:通过加强班组建设、文化建设、把握员工思想动态等方面入手能够提高运输环节安全生产质量。
This article analyzes the characteristics of the equipment quantity,operation characteristics and the impact of the change of the working environment in the transportation link of the Huolinhe open-pit coal mine.From the perspective of strict management,the article explores the safety production management measures.Multiple measures are taken in parallel to ensure the transportation safety,and the strict control safety measures are implemented in place to improve the effectiveness of safety management.The results show that the safety production quality of transportation link can be improved by strengthening team construction,cultural construction,and grasping the ideological dynamics of employees.
