摘要
针对青洼煤业沿空掘巷时煤柱应力集中、巷道压力大等问题,采用爆破切顶技术对煤柱进行卸压处理,进行了钻孔设计、切顶高度设计、装药设计,提出了快速装药技术。现场试验效果表明:快速装药技术省时省力,安全系数和装药效率大大提高;爆破切顶卸压后煤柱应力分布较均匀,承载力较强;沿空掘巷采后巷道变形量较小,卸压效果显著。
Aiming at the problems of stress concentration of coal pillar and high pressure of roadway when driving along goaf in Qingwa Coal Industry,the blasting top cutting technology is adopted to relieve the pressure of coal pillar,the drilling design,top cutting height design and charging design are carried out,and the rapid charging technology is put forward.The field test results show that:the rapid charging technology can save time and labor,greatly improve the safety factor and charging efficiency,the stress distribution of coal pillar is more uniform and the bearing capacity is stronger after blasting top cutting and pressure relief,the deformation of gob side entry after mining is smaller,and the pressure relief effect is remarkable.
