功能性消化不良脑-肠轴神经递质与临床症状关联研究 被引量:6

Study on the Correlation between Neurotransmitters of Brain-gut Axis and Clinical Symptoms in Functional Dyspepsia

摘要 目的探讨功能性消化不良(FD)脑-肠轴神经递质与临床症状的关联。方法将我院消化内科接收的FD患者68例作为FD组;同期选择30例健康人群行对照研究。两组人群均采集空腹静脉血检测脑-肠轴神经递质胃动素(MTL)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平,比较两组人群5-HT、VIP及MTL水平差异;比较FD患者不同临床症状下脑-肠轴神经递质水平差异;Spearman相关性分析FD患者临床症状评分与脑-肠轴神经递质水平相关系数。结果FD患者的5-HT、VIP及MTL水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。有早饱感的FD患者5-HT、MTL水平显著高于无早饱感;有上腹痛感的FD患者5-HT、MTL水平显著高于无上腹痛感的FD患者(P<0.05)。5-HT与早饱感评分、上腹痛感评分有弱相关性;MTL与上腹痛感评分有弱相关性(P<0.05)。结论FD患者脑-肠轴神经递质5-HT、VIP及MTL水平显著高于健康人群;FD患者5-HT水平与早饱感评分、上腹痛感评分弱相关;MTL水平与上腹痛感评分弱相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between neurotransmitters of the Brain-gut Axis and clinical symptoms in functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods 68 cases of FD patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Foshan First People's Hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the FD group.At the same time,30 healthy people were selected for the controlled study.The fasting venous blood were collected for detecting neurotransmitters of Brain-gut Axis including motilin(MTL),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)levels.The differences in 5-HT,VIP and MTL levels between the two groups were compared.The differences of different clinical symptoms of FD patients in neurotransmitter levels of Brain-gut Axis were compared.Spearman correlation was used to analyse the correlation coefficien between FD patients'clinical symptom scores and brain-gut axis neurotransmitter levels.Results The 5-HT,VIP and MTL levels of FD patients were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The 5-HT and MTL levels of early satiety FD patients were significantly higher than that of without early satiety.The 5-HT and MTL levels of upper abdominal pain FD patients were significantly higher than that of without upper abdominal pain FD patients(P<0.05).5-HT level had a weak correlation with early satiety score and upper abdominal pain score.MTL level had a weak correlation with upper abdominal pain score(P<0.05).Conclusion The neurotransmitter 5-HT,VIP and MTL levels of the Brain-gut Axis in FD patients are significantly higher than those in healthy people.5-HT levels in FD patients are weakly correlated with early satiety score and upper abdominal pain score,while MTL level is only slightly correlated with upper abdominal pain score.
