摘要
目的:分析显微镜下精索静脉结扎术治疗原发性精索静脉曲张的效果。方法:选择2017年3月~2018年3月来本院接受治疗的172例原发性精索静脉曲张患者为研究对象。将其分为2组,每组86例。对照组应用经腹股沟精索静脉高位结扎术治疗,观察组接受显微镜下精索静脉结扎术,分析结果。结果:相较于对照组,观察组受试者并发症发生率更低,P<0.05;复发率更低,P<0.05。虽然观察组受试者手术时间比对照组长,但其术后VAS评分以及住院时间明显更低,P<0.05。结论:对于原发性精索静脉曲张患者来讲,使用显微镜下精索静脉结扎术进行治疗能够取得满意效果。此法有助于缓解患者术后疼痛感,降低并发症发生概率以及疾病复发率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of microscopic spermatic vein ligation in the treatment of primary varicocele.Methods:172 patients with primary varicocele who came to our hospital for treatment from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.Divide them into 2 groups with 86 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high ligation of the inguinal spermatic vein,and the observation group was treated with ligation of the spermatic vein under a microscope.The results were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group,P<0.05;the recurrence rate was lower,P<0.05.Although the operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,their postoperative VAS score and hospital stay were significantly lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with primary varicocele,the use of microscopic spermatic vein ligation can achieve satisfactory results.This method can help relieve the postoperative pain of patients,reduce the probability of complications and the rate of disease recurrence.
