摘要
目的:探讨一次性包皮环切吻合器、传统包皮环切术的临床应用效果。方法:纳入2018年7月~2020年7月本院收治的包皮过长、包茎患者共计80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组40例及对照组40例,对照组实施传统包皮环切术,观察组为一次性包皮环切吻合器,比较两组手术相关指标、外观满意度、术中、术后24hVAS评分、创口愈合时间、并发症发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,P<0.05。观察组外观满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术后24hVAS评分低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组创口愈合时间短于对照组,P<0.05。两组并发症发生率比较,P>0.05。结论:一次性包皮环切吻合器治疗包皮过长包茎效果优于传统包皮环切术。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of disposable circumcision stapler and traditional circumcision.Methods:In July 2018-July 2020 of our hospital during the period of wrapping is too long,a total of 80 patients with phimosis,according to random number table method 40 cases were divided into observation group and control group 40 cases in the control group to implement traditional circumcision,observation group for disposable circumcision anastomat,comparing two groups of indicators related to the operation,appearance,degree of satisfaction,intraoperative and postoperative 24h VAS score,wound healing time,incidence of complications.Results:The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The appearance satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative 24hVAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the two groups was P>0.05.Conclusion:The curative effect of disposable circumcision stapler is better than traditional circumcision.
