摘要
目的:探讨集约化管理模式在消毒供应中心喉镜清洗中的管理效果及对感染率的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2018年12月消毒供应中心常规管理模式下清洗的喉镜133件为对照组,同时选取2019年1月~2019年12月实施集约化管理模式下清洗的喉镜133件为研究组,对比两组应用不同管理模式后对清洗人员的风险意识、安全意识、工作质量评分、器械清洗合格率高、感染率、清洗成本及临床医师对器械清洗满意率的影响。结果:与对照组相比,负责研究组清洗人员的风险意识、安全意识、工作质量评分高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组器械清洗合格率高,感染率、清洗成本低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,临床医师对研究组器械清洗的满意率高(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应中心喉镜清洗中,实施集约化管理模式取得了满意的效果,能够提高工作人员的意识,提高清洗的质量,降低感染发生的同时也降低了清洗的成本,临床医师的满意度高。
Objective:To explore the management effect of intensive management mode in the cleaning of laryngoscope in disinfection supply center and its influence on infection rate.Methods:Selected 133 laryngoscopes cleaned under the routine management mode of the disinfection supply center from January 2018 to December 2018 as the control group,and selected laryngoscopes cleaned under the intensive management mode from January 2019 to December 2019133 cases were the research group.After applying different management modes,the two groups were compared on the impact of the two groups on the cleaning staff’s risk awareness,safety awareness,work quality score,high equipment cleaning pass rate,infection rate,cleaning cost,and clinicians’satisfaction rate with equipment cleaning.Results:Compared with the control group,the cleaning staff in the research group had higher risk awareness,safety awareness,and work quality scores(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the cleaning qualification rate of the equipment in the research group was higher,the infection rate,and the cleaning cost were low(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,clinicians are more satisfied with the cleaning of instruments in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the cleaning of the laryngoscope in the center of disinfection supply,the implementation of intensive management model has achieved satisfactory results,which can improve the staff awareness,improve the quality of cleaning,reduce the incidence of infection and reduce the cost of cleaning,the satisfaction of clinicians is high.
