摘要
冷却塔配水系统包括布置设计、配水均匀性校验、配水管管径及喷头型号确定、施工图绘制和材料统计。整个设计过程繁琐、数据多、计算量大、极易出错。基于建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM),提出一种冷却塔配水系统设计方法,该方法以Revit软件为中心,采用C#进行二次开发,实现布置设计、配水计算、模型创建、图纸生成以及材料统计等功能。最后以具体工程为例对本方法的技术可行性进行了验证,表明整个设计过程可实现数据传递无缝传递,设计全过程可视化,该设计方法可提高设计成果的质量,减少配水系统的设计的时间和成本。
Cooling tower water distribution system includes layout design,water distribution uniformity check,pipe diameter and nozzle model determination,construction drawing and material statistics.The whole design process is complicated,with lots of data,large amount of calculation and easy to make mistakes.Based on BIM technology,this paper puts forward a design method of cooling tower water distribution system,the method for the center with Revit software,using C#to secondary development,realize the layout design,water distribution calculation,model creation,drawings and material statistics,and other functions.Finally in the concrete engineering,for example technical feasibility of this method is verified,which can realize data show that the design process to deliver seamless transfer,design the whole process of visualization,the design method can improve the quality of design results,reduce the design time and cost of water distribution system.
