摘要
产学研融合创新平台是集聚技术、制度、文化的创新协作体,是科技与产业资源、创新人才的集聚地。该文以山西农业大学和山西省农业科学院各产学研融合平台及其协同单位为调查对象,分析了高校和研究机构及企业员工参与产学研合作机会、人尽其才产学研机制、贡献认可度、意见建议反馈渠道4个方面的认知差异,并从应用型人才培养机制、双向评价机制2个方面提出了完善山西农业产学研融合创新人才机制的对策建议。
The innovative platform of industry-university-research integration was not only an innovation collabora⁃tion body that gathers technology,system and culture,but also was a gathering place of scientific,technological and industrial resources and innovative talents.This paper took each platform and its cooperative units of industry-uni⁃versity-research integration in Shanxi agricultural university(Shanxi academy of agricultural science)as a subject of investigation,the cognitive differences of participation in cooperation opportunities,talent utilization mechanism,contribution recognition and suggestions feedback channel for their employees of universities(research institutions)and enterprises were analyzed,and the suggestion of innovative talent mechanism was raised in the industry-univer⁃sity-research integration of Shanxi agriculture from training mechanism of applied talents and bidirectional evalua⁃tion mechanism.
