摘要
针对现代学徒人才培养过程中存在的问题,依据现代学徒制人才培养试点的内涵与特点,通过建立"政府引导、主体双元、校企协同"的现代学徒制合作育人机制,构建招生招工一体化"三站互动分段轮换"的人才培养模式,校企共同制订现代学徒制人才培养方案,制订学生学徒"双身份"的招生招工制度,实施"三站互动 分段轮换"的人才培养流程实践,开展国际标准的多方全过程学业评价体系。结果表明,人才培养质量显著提高,获得社会及用人单位一致好评。
In view of the problems existing in the process of modern apprenticeship talent training,according to the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship talent training pilot,through the establishment of modern apprenticeship cooperative education mechanism of"government guidance,subject dual,school enterprise cooperation",the"three station interaction"of enrollment and recruitment integration is constructed in the talent training mode of"sectional rotation",schools and enterprises jointly formulate the talent training scheme of modern apprenticeship system,formulate the enrollment and recruitment system of"double identity"for students and apprentices,implement the talent training process practice of"three station interaction and sectional rotation",and carry out the international standard multi-party whole process academic evaluation system.The quality of personnel training has been signifi cantly improved,and has been highly praised by the society and employers.
