摘要
OBE理念是一种以学习结果为动力驱动整个教学过程及评价的教育模式。"行为金融学"是一门侧重利用微观个体心理动因因素来分析、解释和探求金融市场发展的金融学热门学科,对传统的金融学理论体系具有重要的补充作用。将OBE理念贯穿于行为金融学的教学过程,不仅有助于调整教学节奏和方式,优化课程设计,而且也可以有效地提高学生主动参与教学的积极性,改善授课效果。
OBE is a kind of education mode which takes learning results as driving force to drive the whole teaching process and evaluation.Behavioral finance is a hot financial discipline which focuses on analyzing,explaining and exploring the development of financial market by using the micro individual psychological motivation factors,which plays an important complementary role to the traditional financial theory system.The application of OBE concept in the teaching process of behavioral finance can not only help to adjust the teaching rhythm and methods,optimize the curriculum design,but also effectively improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in teaching and improve the teaching effect.
