摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件对焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺进行了全流程模拟,基于模拟结果计算了系统的平衡。结果表明,甲醇合成单元为系统的主要损失单元,占系统总损失的55.3%。优化了甲醇合成单元的冷却剂温度,优化后系统损失减少4.2 MW,效率提高1.5%。
The process of methanol production from coke oven gas was simulated by Aspen Plus software.And based on the simulation results,the exergy balance of the system was calculated.The results show that methanol synthesis unit is the main loss unit of the system,accounting for 55.3%of the total loss of the system.The coolant temperature of methanol syn⁃thesis reactor is optimized.After optimization,the exergy loss of system was reduced by 4.2 MW and the exergy efficiency is increased by 1.5%.
