摘要
轴入式旋流油水分离器经过现场检验是一种性能稳定可靠的井下分离器,为了进一步提高其分离性能,利用室内实验对其入口结构进行了优化研究。研究结果表明,在同样的工况下,叶片角度小更有利于形成较大的切向速度,更有利于油水旋流分离,分离效率更高;当变化入口流速,叶片安装角度的影响呈现相同的规律;室内实验对比还发现,安装导流叶片的中心棒末端椭球体长细比的增大有利于形成更细的油核,研究结果为入口结构的优化奠定了基础,为其在井下油水分离中的应用提供了指导。
Downhole axial separator for oil-water separation is a stable and reliable downhole separator after field validation.In order to further improve its separation performance,the inlet structure is further optimized by laboratory experiments.The results show that under the same working condition,small blade angle is more conducive to the formation of a larger tangential velocity,oil-water swirling separation and higher separation efficiency.When the inlet velocity changes,the influence of blade installation angle presents the same rule.It is also found in laboratory experiments that the increase of the ellipsoid fineness ratio at the end of the guide vane is conducive to the formation of a finer oil core.The research results lay a foundation for this new separator’s inlet structure optimization and provide guidance for its application in downhole oil-water separation.
