高校“金课”的内涵及打造策略探究 被引量:2

摘要 高校"金课"是教师用心钻研课程,追求立德树人业务能力和效果最优化,激发学习者乐学、真学、慧学和获得良好感知与收益,专业人才培养质量持续提高,学校教育教学不断革新升级、质量稳步提高的过程和结果。高校打造"金课"可以从"金"师资、"金"媒介体系和"金"学习者等三方面着手使力,即:激发教师乐教、善教和用心教学的内部驱动力;革新课程、教学与环境等媒介体系,体现"高阶性、创新性和挑战度"的标准特征;点燃大学生乐学、真学和慧学的热情,引导其成为有学术志趣的学习者。 The"golden course"in colleges and universities is the process and result of teachers'painstaking study of courses,pursuing the optimization of professional ability and effect,stimulating learners'happy learning,true learning,wise learning and obtaining good perception and income,and the continuous improvement of professional training quality.the process and result of continuous innovation and upgrading of school education and teaching and steady improvement of quality.Colleges and universities can make efforts to build"golden courses"from three aspects:"golden"teachers,"golden"media system and"golden"learners,that is,to stimulate the internal driving force of teachers'happy teaching,good teaching and attentive teaching;innovate the media system of curriculum,teaching and environment,embody the standard characteristics of"advanced nature,innovation and challenge",ignite college students'enthusiasm for happy learning,true learning and wise learning,and guide them to become learners with academic interest.
