摘要
目的探讨口腔门诊护士人文关怀品质的影响因素,并讨论提升对策。方法选择医院口腔门诊2018年1月—2020年1月在职的护士60名,采用护士人文关怀品质量表、职业认同量表评价护士人文关怀品质及职业认同水平。根据人文关怀品质评分分组,品质差组42名,品质优良组18名。通过单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析筛选口腔门诊护士人文关怀品质的影响因素,并据此确定提升对策。结果口腔门诊护士人文关怀品质评分为114.35±20.43分,职业认同水平评分为102.43±18.42分。单因素分析显示,口腔门诊护士人文关怀品质的相关影响因素有学历、职称、人文关怀教育经历、职业认同(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,人文关怀品质独立危险因素有人文关怀教育经历、一致感、患者和组织影响感(P<0.05)。结论口腔门诊护士人文关怀品质影响因素有人文关怀教育经历、一致感、患者和组织影响感,护理管理者应加强人文关怀教育,强化护理职业培训力度。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of the humanistic care quality of the dental clinic nurses and discuss the improving measures.Methods To select 60 on-the-job nurses worked in the dental clinic from January 2018 to January 2020,by taking the nurses'humanistic care quality scale,occupational identity scale to evaluate the nurses’humanistic care quality and occupation identity.According to the score of the humanistic care quality and they were divided into a poor quality group with 42 cases and a good quality group with 18 cases.By applying the univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis to select the influencing factors of the humanistic care quality of the dental clinic nurses and to propose the improvement measures.Results The humanistic care quality score of the dental clinic nurses was 114.35±20.43 points,and the occupational recognition level score was 102.43±18.42 points.The univariate analysis showed that,the influencing factors of the humanistic care quality of the dental clinic nurses was education background,title,humanistic education experience,professional identity(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that,the independent risk factors of the humanistic care quality were humanistic education experience,sense of coherence,the influence sense of patients and organizational influence(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of the quality of humanistic care of dental clinic nurses were humanistic care education experience,sense of consistency,sense of patient and organization al influence.Nursing management statfs should strengthen humanistic care education and strengthen nursing vocational training.
