摘要 呼吸机作为机器代替人类进行自主呼吸的有效手段之一,已广泛应用于呼吸困难或者呼吸骤停的病人救治当中,在医学领域的重要性不言而喻。其中,压力、流量、氧气浓度以及吸呼比和呼吸频率等参数是呼吸机性能参数最重要的组成部分,需要严格加以测量和控制。在压力传感器、质量流量计、氧气传感器和数据采集卡的支持下,使用图形化编程语言LabVIEW实现了一款呼吸机参数在线自动化测试系统的开发和应用。经过运行测试证明:系统运行稳定、可靠,能够实时采集并显示压力、流量、氧气浓度和计算吸呼比、呼吸频率等参数,提升了生产效率和质量。 Ventilator is one of the most effective tools to replace human spontaneous breathing function by machine.Ventilator has been widely used in the treatment of patients with dyspnea or respiratory arrest,and its importance in the medical field is evident.The pressure,flow,oxygen concentration,inspiratory/expiratory ratio and respiratory frequency are the most important parts of ventilator performance parameters,which need to be strictly measured and controlled.With the support of pressure sensor,mass flowmeter,oxygen sensor and data acquisition card,the development and application of an automation on-line testing system for ventilator is realized by using the graphical programming language LabVIEW.The result shows that the system is stable and reliable after running test,which can collect and display the pressure,flow,oxygen concentration and calculate the inspiratory/expiratory ratio,respiratory frequency and other parameters in real time.The test system greatly improve the production efficiency and quality.
