摘要
传统的射频电路设计过程复杂低效,基于EDA软件的设计已经成为射频电路设计的主流。通过软件仿真,性能分析、电路设计、参数优化等过程,能有效提高效率,使电路设计周期得到缩短。本文对基于EDA软件的射频电路设计方法进行分析。
In addition,RF circuit design process is complex and inefficient,and the design based on EDA software has become the mainstream of RF circuit design.Through software simulation,performance analysis,circuit design,parameter optimization and other processes,the efficiency can be effectively improved and the circuit design cycle can be shortened.This paper analyzes the rf circuit design method based on EDA software.
