水分胁迫下菇渣基质粒径对高羊茅耐旱生理特性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Mushroom Substrates with Different Particle Sizes on Drought-Tolerant Physiological Characteristics of Festuca arundinacea under Drought Stress

摘要 本试验选用堆肥化菇渣为种植基质,以未筛分菇渣堆肥为对照(CK),研究3种粒径等级(<5mm、<3mm、<2mm)的菇渣基质对干旱胁迫下高羊茅生理特性的影响。结果表明:在干旱胁迫期,菇渣粒径<3mm处理的高羊茅叶片相对含水量降幅和MDA、脯氨酸含量的升幅均最小,而其POD、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白含量的前期升幅最大,后期降幅最小;胁迫末期,菇渣粒径<5mm处理的SOD活性和脯氨酸含量最高,分别比对照提高48.67%、73.06%;菇渣粒径<3mm处理的叶片相对含水量、POD活性、CAT活性、可溶性蛋白含量最高,分别比对照提高16.76%、25.51%、28.33%、63.62%,而叶片相对电导率及MDA含量最低,分别比对照低20.03%和36.25%;菇渣粒径<2mm处理的可溶性糖含量最高,比对照高40.77%。综上分析可知,粒径<3mm的菇渣基质对持续干旱胁迫下提高高羊茅抗旱能力效果最佳。 In order to study the effects of mushroom substrates with different particle sizes(<5 mm,<3 mm,<2 mm)on physiological responses of Festuca arundinacea to drought stress,the experiment was conducted with no screening mushroom residue compost as control(CK).The results showed that during the whole period of drought stress,the decline range of leaf relative water content of the plants grown on mushroom substrate with particle size<3 mm was the least,as well as the increase range of MDA and proline content.However,the increase range of POD activity,CAT activity and soluble protein content were the largest in the early period,and their decline ranges were the least in the later period.At the end of stress,the SOD activity and proline content of the plants grown on mushroom substrate with particle size<5 mm were the highest,which increased by 48.67%and 73.06%respectively compared with the control.The leaf relative water content,POD activity,CAT activity,soluble protein content and root activity of the plants grown on mushroom substrate with particle size<3 mm were the highest,which increased by 16.76%,25.51%,28.33%and 63.62%;however,the relative electic conductance and MDA content of leaves were the lowest and decreased by 20.03%and 36.25%compared with the control.The soluble sugar content of the plants grown on mushroom substrate with particle size<2 mm were the highest,which increased by 40.77%compared with the control.In conclusion,the mushroom compost with particle size<3 mm had the best effect on drought-resistant ability of Festuca arundinacea under continuous drought stress.
