摘要
目的探讨衢州市某中学一起诺如病毒感染疫情的暴发原因和危险因素,为类似疫情的防控提供科学依据。方法制定病例定义、开展病例搜索和个案调查,进行流行病学和现场卫生学调查,采集病例、食品及水样有关标本,进行可疑病原检测。结果此起疫情累计报告病例61例,罹患率为3.71%,临床表现主要以腹泻(98.36%)、呕吐(68.85%)、腹痛(32.79%)为主;28份病例肛拭子中检出诺如病毒GⅡ型核酸阳性13份,阳性率为46.43%;首发病例为食堂员工,食堂员工罹患率最高(16.67%)(χ2=10.418,P <0.05);不同年级学生罹患率差异无统计学意义(P=0.577)。结论该疫情是由诺如病毒GⅡ型感染引发的急性胃肠炎暴发疫情,可能原因为食堂员工污染食物所致。
Objective To investigate an epidemic of norovirus infection in a school in Quzhou,and to identify the pathogen and risk factors of the outbreak,so as to provide basis for the response of similar epidemic. Methods The cases were searched and surveyed. Epidemiological investigation and field hygiene investigation were conducted;case specimens,food and water samples were collected for test on suspected pathogen. Results A total of 61 cases were reported,The attack rate was 3. 71%. The clinical symptoms of the cases mainly included diarrhea( 98. 36%),vomiting( 68. 85%) and abdominal pain( 32. 79%). 13 samples were positive for norovirus GⅡ nucleic acid in 28 samples,and the positive rate was 46. 43%. The first case was the canteen staff and the attack rate of canteen staff was the highest( 16. 67%)( χ2= 10. 418,P < 0. 05). There was no statistical significance on the difference in the attack rates among students of different grades( P = 0. 577). Conclusion The epidemic of acute gastroenteritis was caused by norovirus GⅡ infection,which might be caused by the contamination food of norovirus by the canteen staff.
