摘要
张婷婷用膏方治疗月经病,常采取“汉堡包”分层模式。第一层以八珍汤为主补益气血,调理冲任;第二层以经验方为主,针对病情辨证论治;第三层以香砂六君子汤为主调理脾胃;最后施以细料、胶、糖、酒类收膏。附验案2则。
The“hamburger”mode is advocated by ZHANG Tingting in treating menstrual diseases with herbal paste prescriptions.In the first layer,Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤)is used as the main component for supplementing qi and blood,and regulating thoroughfare and conception vessels.In the second layer,proved prescriptions are used to treat the disease according to syndrome differentiation.In the third layer,Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction(香砂六君子汤)is used as the main component for regulating spleen and stomach.In the final step,fine material herbs,gelatin material,sugar,and alcohol was applied to collect the paste.At the end of the article,two cases are explained.
