摘要
随着粉煤灰和高盐水产出量逐年增大,由于目前国内技术处理能力有限、运行成本高,给煤电一体化企业的经营和环保工作带来较大压力。基于此,提出了粉煤灰及高盐水绿色处理技术,即将粉煤灰及高盐水固化充填到煤矿井下采空区,可同时处理2种废弃物。在大量的实验室研究、厂区地面及矿井地面试验的基础上,研发出了性能优良、能够满足现场要求的新型无机粉煤灰固化剂以及自动化程度、制浆精度高的井下多元物料智能制备及注浆系统,并在井下进行了工业性试验。经过现场成功应用表明,为处理电厂粉煤灰及高盐水提供了一种绿色高效的解决途径,具有一定的推广应用价值。
The output of coal ash and heavy salt water is increasing year by year.Due to technical processing capacity is limited and operating cost is high in China at present,brings higher pressure to the operation and environmental protection work of coal-electricity integrated enterprises.The authors provided an environmental protection treatment technology of coal ash and heavy salt water,that is,coal ash and solid of heavy salt water were filled into mined-out area of underground coal mine,and two kinds of wastes can be treated simultaneously.On the basis of a large number of laboratory studies,and factory and mine ground tests,the authors developed a new type of inorganic coal ash curing agent and intelligent preparation of materials and grouting system with high automation and precision of pulping ability with excellent performance,which can meet the field requirements,which conducted industrial tests in the mine.After the successful application in the field,a green and efficient solution for the treatment of coal ash and heavy salt water in power plant was provided,which had a certain value of popularization and application.
