长输管道中介质流体场特性分析方法

摘要 为了全面分析长输管道中介质流体场特性,获取最佳长输管道设置参数,提高长输管道的输油效率,提出一种新的长输管道中介质流体场特性分析方法"通过原油流量特性分析方法,分析流量计系数的干扰因素和合成因素,获得原油流量特性"采用管道计量输差分析方法,计算油品标准体积的误差与标准密度误差"根据误差计算结果,融合湍流模型与初始边界条件,构建湍动与紊动能耗散度的运输方程,获得原油在管道中的流体场特性"实验结果显示:当长输管道旋流器入口形式为矩形、溢流出口直径为5.5mm、旋流腔长度为71mm时,长输管道原油传输标准体积和粘性系数的计算结果与实际值误差极小。 In a view to comprehensively analyzing characteristics of the medium fluid field within the longdistance pipeline,to obtain its optimal parameters and improve its oil-transporting efficiency,a new method for analyzing the characteristics there was proposed.Through making use of the analysis method of flow characteristics of petroleum and crude oil,the flowmeter coefficients'interference factors and its synthetic factors were analyzed to obtain the flow characteristics of petroleum and crude oil.Meanwhile,through adopting the pipeline's measurement and transmission analysis method,both standard volume's and standard density's error of oil products were calculated and the turbulence model and the initial boundary value conditions were combined to construct the transport equation for both turbulence and turbulence energy dissipation so that the fluid field characteristics of petroleum and crude oil can be obtained.The experimental results showed that,when the cyclone's inlet form of the long-distance pipeline is rectangular,the diameter of the overflow outlet is 5.5mm,and the length of the swirl cavity is 71mm,the error between long-distance pipeline's calculation and actual value of both standard volume and viscosity coefficient are extremely small.
