摘要
目的分析规范化健康教育结合遮盖辅助综合疗法对弱视患儿依从性的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年3月我院接收的100例弱视患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和干预组,各50例。对照组采取遮盖辅助综合疗法,干预组在对照组基础上结合规范化健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,干预组患儿家属眼保健知识认知度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预3、6个月后,干预组患儿的依从性、视力、调节幅度、调节滞后量情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化健康教育结合遮盖辅助综合疗法能有效提高弱视患儿的治疗依从性,显著改善其视力、调节幅度、调节滞后量,效果确切。
Objective To analyze the effect of standardized health education combined with occlusion assisted comprehensive therapy on compliance of children with amblyopia.Methods A total of 100 children with amblyopia admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and intervention group according to different treatment regimen,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with occlusion assisted comprehensive therapy,and the intervention group was combined with standardized health education on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the awareness of vision care knowledge of families in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of intervention,the compliance,visual acuity,range of regulation and lag of regulation of children in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized health education combined with occlusion assisted comprehensive therapy can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children with amblyopia,and significantly ameliorate visual acuity,range of regulation and lag of regulation,with definite effect.
