摘要 针对某A型纯电动客车的常流式电液动力助力转向(Elecho Hydraulic Power Steering,EHPS)系统,为了克服非转向工况下系统能量浪费较大的问题,提出了一种辅助蓄能器式EHPS系统的技术方案。阐述该系统的工作原理、工作特点和优势;基于MATLAB/Simulink和AMESim建立系统仿真模型,研究蓄能器预充压力和容积对系统助力响应特性的影响,确定不同工况下蓄能器的预充压力,并分析计算系统能耗。仿真表明:提出的技术方案不仅满足转向系统在助力电机及液压泵建立回路压力过程中的助力需求,还满足系统助力平顺性的要求,并且系统能耗降低。 Focus on the constant flow EHPS system of a type A pure electric passenger car,in order to overcome the large energy waste of the system under non-steer conditions,a technical scheme of auxiliary accumulator EHPS system is proposed.First,the working principle,characteristics and advantages of the system are explained.Then,the system simulation model is established in MATLAB/Simulink and AMESim,and the influence of accumulator pre-charge pressure and volume on system boost response characteristics are studied.Determining the precharge pressure of the accumulator under different working conditions,the energy consumption of the system are analyzed.The results show that the proposed technical solution not only meets the steering system's boost demand in the process of establishing the circuit pressure of the booster motor and hydraulic pump,but also meets the requirements of system boost ride comfort,and reduces system energy consumption.
