砂泥岩互层区超深锚碇基坑施工技术与变形监测 被引量:6

Construction Technology and Deformation Monitoring of Ultra-deep Anchor Foundation Excavation in Sand-shale Interbedded Area

摘要 悬索桥重力式锚碇基坑具有开挖体量大、深度大等特点,依据桥址区的地质情况,选择适宜的基坑开挖、支护、降水技术方案,并进行基坑监测,对确保基坑施工安全至关重要.新田长江大桥南岸锚碇基坑位于砂泥岩互层地层中,岩面倾斜,且红层泥岩是典型的软岩,属于诱发边坡失稳的不利因素.鉴于工程地质的特殊性和相关工程经验匮乏,依托新田长江大桥南岸锚碇基坑工程,总结了砂泥岩互层地质超深锚碇基坑的放坡开挖技术方案,探讨了监测方案并分析了基坑边坡变形监测成果,发现了基坑边坡变形具有突变性和长期蠕变性特征,突变位移是导致边坡变形的主要因素. The gravity anchorage foundation of suspension bridge has the characteristics of large excavation volume and large depth.According to the geological conditions of the bridge site,appropriate foundation excavation,support,and dewatering technical solutions are selected,supplemented by foundation excavation monitoring.Ensuring the safety during the construction of the foundation excavation is very important.The anchor foundation excavation on the south bank of the Xintian Yangtze River Bridge is located in the sand-shale interbedded stratum,the rock surface is inclined,and the red mudstone is a typical soft rock,which is an unfavorable factor inducing slope instability.In view of the particularity of engineering geology and the lack of relevant engineering experience,relying on the south bank anchorage foundation excavation project of Xintian Yangtze River Bridge,the technical plan for the grading and excavation of the ultra-deep anchorage foundation excavation in the sand-shale interbedded geology was summarized,and the monitoring plan was introduced.Analyzing the results of the deformation monitoring of the foundation excavation slope,it is found that the deformation of the foundation excavation slope has the characteristics of sudden change and long-term creep.The sudden displacement is the main factor leading to the deformation of the slope.
