“耐心”的教育意义及培养策略

摘要 耐心对于发展学生的综合心理素质、促进学业表现以及提高心理健康水平都起到重要作用。培养耐心首先在于教师和家长人才培养观念的转变,其次是有意识地培养学生的共情能力、增强情绪的稳定性以及开展延迟满足教育,进而提高和增强学生在学习和人际交往过程中的耐心。
