摘要
根据ASME Ⅷ-2篇的规定对承受热-机循环载荷的脱水罐进行了设计,包括防止其塑性垮塌、局部失效及由循环载荷造成的失效,重点阐述了棘轮评定及疲劳分析的过程,为承受热-机循环载荷的容器设计提供一定的参考。
The dewatering vessel subjected to thermal-mechanical loading was designed according to ASME VIII-2.In the design plastic collapse,local failure and other failures induced from cyclic thermal-mechanical loading were accounted for.In this article,the process of ratcheting evaluation and fatigue analysis was stated,which may be referenced in the design of the vessels subjected to cyclic thermal-mechanical loading.
