摘要
针对某高含硫气田原料气过滤器快开盲板唇形圈多次失效泄漏,通过对唇形圈进行外观检查、红外光谱分析、硬度测试、NACE标准测试和模拟工况测试,结合实际生产操作,分析失效原因,得出制造缺陷是导致唇形圈泄漏的主要因素,材质的不适应性和频繁升降压操作促进了失效。
The failures occurred for several times in the lip seal in the quick-open blind plate in fuel gas filter used for high contented sulfur oil.For lip seal,the visual examination,infrared spectroscope analysis,hardness test,NACE test and working condition simulation test were carried out.Then combined with practical operating experiences in production,the causes for the failures were analyzed.It has been determined that the defects in fabrication are the main cause for the leak occurred in the lip seal,and the inadaptability of the material used for the lip seal and frequent pressure rising and dropping promoted the occurrence of the failure.
