Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid for injection in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods 87 patients with ischemic stroke those admitted to our hospital during January 2018 and December 2019 were enrolled in the study and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method.42 cases in the control group received conventional treatment, and 45 cases in the observation group received conventional treatment combined with salvia polyphenolic acid for injection for treatment. After the treatment period, thenerve function of the two groups were evaluated, the improvement of blood rheology and occurrence of adverse effects of the two group were counted. Results The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high blood viscosity, low blood viscosity, and the hematocrit of the observation groupwas lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of drug-related adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.22%and that in the control group was 7.14%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Salvia polyphenolic acid for injection has a significant effect in treating ischemic stroke, hemorheology is improved,no adverse reactions occurred, and it is worth applying.
