摘要
应用PLC及其相应的A/D特殊功能模块和温度变送器及触摸屏设计的温泉水温智能恒温自动控制系统,能根据温泉池水温的降低或设定值的修改,自动加注地热水或冷水,使温泉池水温保持在设定值上下±0.5℃范围内小幅波动;在触摸屏上可以实时监控水温当前值和设定值,还可以对所有进水阀和排水阀进行独立操作。系统在没有使用价格相对昂贵的调节阀及PID控制或模糊控制的情况下,同样很好地实现了温泉水温智能恒温自动控制,工程成本优势显著。系统控制功能齐全,运行稳定可靠,监控清晰明了,操作简单方便,具有很好的推广价值和参考价值。
The intelligent constant temperature automatic control system of hot spring water temperature designed by PLC and its corresponding A/D special function module,temperature transmitter and touch screen can automatically add hot water or cold water according to the decrease of hot spring water temperature or the modification of setting value,so as to keep the hot spring water temperature in the range of±0.5℃above and below the setting value,and can monitor the current value and setting of water temperature in real time on the touch screen.The fixed value can also operate all water inlet valves and drain valves independently.Without the use of relatively expensive control valve and PID control or fuzzy control,the system also well realizes the intelligent constant temperature automatic control of hot spring water temperature,with significant engineering cost advantages.The system completes control functions,stable and reliable operation,clear monitoring,simple and convenient operation,and has good promotion value and reference value.
