摘要
目的研究采用PBL教学法对于压疮预防技术实习带教中学生知识掌握水平的影响。方法随机抽取2017年10月—2019年10月在我院进行压疮预防技术实习的82名医护生,平均分成对照组(n=41)和试验组(n=41)。对照组选择常规实习带教,试验组采用PBL教学法,分析两组护生的知识掌握程度和考试成绩。结果试验组的知识掌握优良率与对照组比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出科理论成绩和实践操作成绩均显著优胜于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于压疮预防技术实习带教,采用PBL教学法可以显著激发护生的学习热情,改善护生的知识掌握水平,提高护生的临床实践操作能力,进而提高带教质量。
Objective To study the effect of PBL teaching method on the knowledge level of students in pressure sore prevention practice.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,82 medical and nursing students were randomly selected,and divided into control group(n=41)and experimental group(n=41).The control group chose routine practice teaching,the experimental group used PBL teaching method to analyze the knowledge mastery degree and examination results of the two groups of nursing students.Results The excellent rate of knowledge mastery in the experimental group was no significant with the control group(P>0.05),and the academic and practical performance of graduation were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method can significantly stimulate the learning enthusiasm of nursing students,improve the clinical practice ability of nursing students,and then improve the quality of teaching.
