摘要
为研究不同纤维对高RAP掺量沥青混合料路用性能的影响,通过室内试验对聚酯纤维、玄武岩纤维、木质素纤维、钢纤维、普通沥青混合料以及添加HR-1325型再生剂的高RAP掺量再生沥青混合料进行配合比设计。对在同比例、同级配条件下混合料的高温性能、水稳定性能以及低温性能进行研究。结果表明:与玄武纤维、木质素纤维、纲纤维相比,聚酯纤维改善高RAP掺量再生沥青混合料路用性能的效果显著,若用于实际工程建设过程中可优先选择;添加HR-1325型再生剂有明显的局限性,不适用于高RAP掺量的再生沥青混合料。
To study the influence of different fibers on-road performance of asphalt mixture with high proportion RAP asphalt mixture,the mix proportion of polyester fiber,basalt fiber,lignin fiber,steel fiber,common asphalt mixture and high rap content recycled asphalt mixture with the recycled agent was designed through the laboratory test.The high-temperature performance,water stability performance,and low-temperature performance of the mixture under the same proportion and the same gradation conditions were studied.The results show that polyester fiber has a significant effect on improving the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture with a high proportion of RAP.The addition of regenerating agent has obvious limitations and is not suitable for high proportion RAP asphalt mixture.
