摘要
针对犹豫模糊语言优先关系下的大群体决策问题,考虑已有聚类方法对孤立点敏感的不足,提出一种新的层次聚类模型和综合考虑多方面信息的小组权重确定方法.首先,根据方案优先度检验孤立点,再基于层次聚类法和聚类有效性指标对决策者进行分组,采用概率语言优先关系表达各组优先关系信息;然后,通过综合考虑组间与组内距离、小组综合熵和小组规模等信息确定各小组的权重;最后,通过加权平均算子集结各小组意见并对方案进行排序.案例分析结果验证了该方法的合理性与可行性.
In view of the large group decision-making problem under hesitant fuzzy linguistic preference relation,considering the shortcomings of existing clustering,a new hierarchical clustering algorithm and a group weight determination method considering various information are proposed.The outliers are first tested in terms of solution priority.The decision makers are grouped based on hierarchical clustering method and clustering effectiveness index,and the preference relation of each group is expressed by probabilistic linguistic preference relation.Then,the weight of each group is determined by considering the distance between groups and within groups,the total entropy of groups and the size of groups.Finally,the preference of each group is gathered with the weight average operator and the order of alternatives is ranked.The case analysis results show that the method is reasonable and feasible.
