摘要
为实现大型绿藻石莼的资源化利用,在实验室条件下探究石莼对亚甲基蓝的最佳吸附条件及吸附机理.结果表明,质量浓度为0.2 g·L^(-1)的石莼在振荡速率150 r·min^(-1)、NaCl质量浓度0 g·L^(-1)、温度25℃下对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果最佳,吸附1 d后石莼的最大饱和吸附容量为714.29 mg·g^(-1).准二级动力学可以更好地反映石莼对亚甲基蓝的吸附过程,且石莼对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合Langmuir模型.红外光谱分析结果表明石莼对亚甲基蓝的吸附主要由表面的羟基、羧基以及氨基官能团参与..
In order to realize resource utilization of green macroalgae,Ulva lactuca is used as a biological adsorbent to investigate the adsorption characteristicand mechanism for methylene blue in controlled laboratory experiments.The results show that Ulva lactuca exhibits the optimum adsorption abilitywith the maximum adsorption capacity of 714.29 mg·g^(-1)under the biosorbent concentration of 0.2 g·L^(-1),shaking rate of150 r·min^(-1),sodium chloride concentration of 0 g·L^(-1),temperature of 25℃and the adsorption time of 1 d.The pseudo second-orderkinetic model is the best to describe this biosorption process,and the adsorption of methylene blue by Ulva lactuca is consistent with Langmuir model.In addition,FTIR revealed that some surface functional groups of Ulva lactuca such as hydroxyl,carboxyl and amino are involved in theadsorption.
