摘要
众多工程实践表明,要达成曲面混凝土建筑安全、高品质、低成本的目标,应用BIM技术对施工方案进行优化具有明显的成效。针对混凝土曲面建筑模板工程施工工艺,采用BIM技术辅助设计和施工,进行结构曲面找型、三维模型结构定位、划分分隔网、优化设计方案,并且精确每根支撑杆件定位和高程。根据双曲面构件详图、BIM三维坐标定位图,科学合理地选择模板架体支撑布置体系,解决了双曲屋面测量定位体系复杂、屋面各点标高难以控制及各类材料用量计算难度大精度低等施工技术难点。
Engineering practices show that to achieve the goal of safety,high quality and low cost of curved concrete construction,the application of BIM technology to optimize the construction scheme is very important.According to the construction technology of concrete curved building formwork engineering,BIM technology is used to assist the design and construction,and the structural curved surface is found,the three-dimensional model structure is positioned,the separation network is divided,the design scheme is optimized,and the positioning and elevation of each support bar are accurate.According to the hyperboloid component detail drawing and BIM three-dimensional coordinate positioning drawing,the support arrangement system of formwork frame is scientifically and reasonably selected,which solves the construction technical difficulties such as complex measurement and positioning system of hyperbolic roof,difficulty in controlling the elevation of each point of roof,difficulty in calculating the amount of various materials and low accuracy.
