摘要
本文利用南京市不同层级高校大三、大四年级612名经管类专业本科生的问卷调查数据,运用选择实验法研究了在校大学生对升迁机会、工作稳定性、组织文化、在职深造机会、商业医疗保险和加班时长六项非货币化职业特征的偏好和受偿意愿及其异质性。研究发现:受访学生最重视升迁机会,其次为在职深造机会,而对工作稳定性的重视程度相对较低;他们愿意为改善各项非货币化职业特征放弃696.2~2398元的起始月薪;对于每周多加班一小时,受访学生则要求得到平均46.45元/时的工资补偿;职业目标、性别、人力资本、家庭社会经济地位会显著影响受访学生的非货币化职业特征偏好。
Based on choice experiment survey data of 612 junior and senior students majoring in economics or management in different levels of universities in Nanjing,China,we study undergraduate students’heterogeneous preference and willingness to accept for six specific non-monetary job characteristics:opportunity for advancement,job stability,organizational culture,opportunity for on-the-job further education,commercial health insurance,and overtime hours.The results show that surveyed students value opportunity for advancement most,followed by opportunity for on-the-job further education,and they attach relatively less importance to job stability.They are willing to give up 696.2 CNY to 2398 CNY per month to improve non-monetary job characteristics mentioned above.For an extra hour of overtime work per week,the interviewed students request an average salary compensation of 46.45 yuan per hour.Besides,career goal,gender,human capital,and family socioeconomic status significantly affect college students’preference for non-monetary job characteristics.
