摘要
振动是风机运行中的常见故障之一,解决烧结机主抽风机振动问题是保障设备稳定运行的重要一环。本文针对主抽风机振速高、运行不稳定的问题,采取对叶轮在线动平衡处理、调整风机动与静接触部分的间隙、紧固地脚螺栓的松动、更换磨损严重轴瓦及调整风机安装精度等方法进行两次降振处理。结果表明:该风机驱动端振速由治理前的6.5 mm/s降为0.4 mm/s,非驱动端振速由5.1 mm/s降至0.5 mm/s,治理后风机运行稳定且波动较小,效果明显;此外,年节省备件费用约34.5万元,设备故障停机时间进一步降低。本文所述风机降振处理方法是风机故障检测技术与实践结合的一次成功实例,说明利用故障检测技术与运行趋势分析是查找风机振动的一种新方法,同时风机的安装精度是引起风机振动的一个关键因素。
Vibration is one of the common faults in the operation of the fan.To solve the vibration problem of the main exhaust fan of the sinter machine is an important part to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.Aiming at such problems as high vibration speed and unstable operation of the main exhaust fan,such methods as treating on-line dynamic balance of the impeller,adjusting the gap between the dynamic and static contact parts of the fan,fastening the looseness of the anchor bolts,replacing the seriously worn bearing bush,adjusting the installation accuracy of the fan are adopted for twice vibration reduction treatment.The results show that:the vibration speed of the fan’s driving end is reduced from 6.5 mm/s to 0.4 mm/s,and the vibration speed of the non driving end is reduced from 5.1 mm/s to 0.5 mm/s.After the treatment,the fan runs stably with less fluctuation,and the effect is obvious;in addition,the annual cost of spare parts is saved about 345000 yuan,and the downtime of equipment is further reduced.The fan vibration reduction treatment described in this paper is a successful example of the combination of fan fault detection technology and practice.It shows that using fault detection technology and operation trend analysis is a new method to find fan vibration,and the installation accuracy of fan is a key factor to cause fan vibration.
