海南省作为我国唯一的热带岛屿省份和最大的经济特区,在区域经济发展布局中处于非常重要的战略地位。在海南全岛实施离岛免税政策,有利于带动海南旅游业、服务业及相关产业的快速发展,进一步提升海南旅游业等相关产业的国际竞争力,扎实稳步推进海南国际旅游岛建设。
As the only tropical island province and the largest special economic zone in China,Hainan Province is in a very important strategic position in the regional economic development.The implementation of the island tax exemption policy in Hainan Island is conducive to the rapid development of Hainan's tourism,service industry and related industries,further enhancing the international competitiveness of Hainan's tourism and other related industries,and solidly and steadily promoting the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island.
