摘要
通过ANSYS有限元分析法和结构振动分析法对LRM模块化连接器的振动试验夹具进行了结构仿真,提出了两种振动夹具结构改进方案,并对改进方案进行了仿真验证。结果显示,两种改进方案均较好地减小了夹具的振动放大效应,样本点的加速度均降低至较低水平。利用最优的改进方案生产了实物,生产出的产品顺利地通过了振动试验,满足项目的应用需求。
ANSYS finite element analysis method and structural vibration analysis method are used to simulate the vibration test fixture of LRM modular connector. Two improved schemes of vibrating fixture structure are proposed, and the improved schemes are simulated and verified. The results show that both of the improved schemes have reduced the vibration amplification effect of the fixture well, and the acceleration of the sample point has been reduced to a lower level. The real objects are produced by using the optimal improvement scheme,and the products successfully passed the vibraton test, which can meet the needs of the project application.
