不同产地、不同品种玫瑰花多酚含量及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:9

Polyphenol content and antioxidant activity of Rosa rugosa of different varieties from different producing areas

摘要 为了给玫瑰花进一步开发利用提供科学的理论依据,本研究利用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定了30份不同产地的7种玫瑰花多酚含量,并对其1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH·)自由基和羟(·OH)自由基的清除能力进行测定评价,以此筛选多酚含量高与抗氧化能力强的玫瑰花品种。结果表明:1)玫瑰花的多酚含量因产地和品种不同具有显著差异。紫花重瓣玫瑰的总多酚平均含量为20.68 mg/g,显著高于其他品种,其次是白花重瓣、丰花、大马士革和金边玫瑰,平均含量分别为16.30 mg/g、14.26 mg/g、13.74 mg/g和13.13 mg/g,苦水和墨红玫瑰平均含量最低,分别为8.17 mg/g和3.33 mg/g;2)从玫瑰花的产地来看,山东平阴、新疆和田与吉林长白山的玫瑰花总多酚平均含量最高,分别为20.68 mg/g、21.20 mg/g和16.30 mg/g;其次是甘肃永登和陕西华县,平均含量分别为10.42 mg/g和9.31 mg/g;3)聚类分析的结果发现,大马士革、苦水、金边和墨红玫瑰具有相似的多酚类物质含量水平,丰花、紫花重瓣和白花重瓣玫瑰的多酚含量相近;4)不同品种的玫瑰花抗氧化活性研究结果表明,紫花重瓣玫瑰对DPPH·自由基和·OH自由基清除率最高,其次是墨红玫瑰、金边玫瑰和苦水玫瑰,大马士革玫瑰花自由基的清除率最低,但依产地不同存在较大差异,其中新疆和田的大马士革玫瑰花对2种自由基的清除率相对较高。综合分析,山东平阴紫花重瓣玫瑰和新疆和田的大马士革玫瑰多酚含量较高,且对2种自由基的清除活性强,应具有更广阔的市场前景,可以进行深入的开发利用。 The polyphenol content of 30 Rosa rugosa samples of seven main cultivated varieties from different producing areas was determined by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV),and then their antioxidant capacity was evaluated with DPPH·and·OH radical scavenging capacity as indicators,so as to screen R.rugosa varieties with high polyphenol content and high antioxidant activity,and to provide a scientific basis for further development and utilization of R.rugosa.The results showed that there was a significant difference in polyphenol content of R.rugosa of different varieties from different producing areas.The highest mean total polyphenol content was found in the variety of R.rugosa Thunb.f.plena(Regel)Byhouwer(20.68 mg/g),followed by R.rugosa Thunb.f.albo-plena Rehd.(16.30 mg/g),R.rugosa forrestiana plena(14.26 mg/g),R.damascene(13.74 mg/g)and R.f.Bouleng(13.13 mg/g);the mean total polyphenol content of Rosa rugosa Thunb(8.17 mg/g)and R.‘Mohong’(3.33 mg/g)was the lowest.The mean total polyphenol content of R.rugosa from Pinyin(20.68 mg/g),Hetian(21.20 mg/g)and Changbai Mountain(16.30 mg/g)was the highest,followed by that from Yongdeng(10.42 mg/g)and Huaxian(9.31 mg/g).The results of cluster analysis showed that R.damascene,Rosa rugosa Thunb,R.f.Bouleng and R.‘Mohong’had similar polyphenol content level,while R.rugosa forrestiana plena,R.rugosa Thunb.f.plena(Regel)Byhouwer and R.rugosa Thunb.f.albo-plena Rehd.had similar polyphenol content level.The results of antioxidant activity tests showed that the highest DPPH·and·OH radical scavenging rate was found in R.rugosa Thunb.f.plena(Regel)Byhouwer,followed by R.‘Mohong’,R.f.Bouleng and R.rugosa Thunb.The lowest radical scavenging rate was found in R.damascene,while different radical scavenging rate was shown in R.damascene from different producing areas,and R.Damascene from Hetian had relatively high radical scavenging rate.In genereal,R.rugosa Thunb.f.plena(Regel)Byhouwer from Pinyin and R.damascene from Hetian had higher total polyphenol content and stronger radical scavenging activity than the other varieties,thus having better market prospect,and deserving further development and utilization.
