摘要
针对目前多路信号源DA通道切换及其调理电路的复杂性问题,结合测试系统对于模拟高压信号源的要求,设计了一种基于AD5504的多路模拟信号源。该板卡以FPGA作为系统控制器,PCI9054作为PCI总线协议芯片,信号源包含32路0~28 V波形、幅值、占空比可调模拟电压,通过8片4通道DA转换芯片AD5504进行DA转换。经多次测试,该板卡能可靠输出所需模拟电压且达到输出电压误差小于满量程的0.2%,各通道的功率小于0.4 W,稳定性高,对于高压模拟信号源的设计有一定的参考价值。
In view of the complexity of the current DA channel switching of multiple signal sources and its conditioning circuit, combined with the requirements of the test system for analog high voltage signal sources, a multiple analog signal source based on AD5504 is designed. The board uses FPGA as the system controller and PCI9054 as the PCI bus protocol chip. The signal source contains 32 channels of 0~28 V waveform, amplitude, and duty cycle adjustable analog voltage, and DA conversion is performed through 8 four-channel DA conversion chip AD5504. After many tests, the board can reliably output the required analog voltage and the output voltage error is less than 0.2% of the full range, the power of each channel is less than 0.4 W,and the stability is high. It has a certain reference for the design of high-voltage analog signal sources value.
