摘要
本文以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)作为主要反应单体,丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为功能性单体,合成了一种耐水性和成膜性能好的水性(碱溶)丙烯酸树脂。用最佳工艺条件下合成的聚丙烯酸树脂和颜料色浆共混制备记号笔用水性颜料墨水,结果表明,该墨水具有很好的实用性。
In this paper, methyl methacrylate(MMA), butyl acrylate(BA) as the main reaction monomer, acrylic acid(AA), hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA), glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) as the functional monomer, a kind of water-based(alkali soluble) acrylic resin with good water resistance and film-forming performance was synthesized by solution polymerization.The application performance of resin in water based marker was studied. The acrylic resin prepared under optimum technological conditions and pigment paste were used to prepare marker ink. The results show that the ink used for marker has good practicability.
