摘要
针对某医药化工企业生产废水的高污染、高生物毒性、成分复杂等特点,采用电絮凝-芬顿-水解酸化-厌氧-A/O-混凝沉淀联合处理工艺对其进行处理。长期运行结果表明,废水经处理后CODcr、SS、NH3-N的总去除率分别为95.1%、93.8%、95.6%,出水水质分别为377 mg/L、39 mg/L、5 mg/L,明显满足了污水处理厂对纳管废水的水质要求,优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)表4中三级标准,且出水水质稳定,处理效果良好。
According to the characteristics of some pharmaceutical and chemical wastewater, such as high concentration of pollutants, complex components, and high biotoxicity, the wastewater has been treated by the combined process, electric flocculation-Fenton-hydrolysis acidification-anaerobic reaction-A/O-coagulation treatment. Its technological process, process parameters, and operating results are introduced. The running results show that, after the pretreatment process, the total removal rates of COD, SS and NH3-N were 95.1 %, 93.8 % and 95.6 %, respectively. The water quality was 337 mg/L, 39 mg/L and 5 mg/L, respectively. The effluent quality obviously meet the water quality requirements of the sewage treatment plant for access pipelines, which is better to the third grade in table 4 in "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996). The effluent quality is stable and the treatment effect is great.
