摘要
[目的/意义]在智慧图书馆环境下,探讨社群网络中大学生的阅读心理及行为变化,既能为学生提高学习效率提供理论支持,也能为高校及图书馆优化管理提供参考。[方法/过程]选取48名高校大学生作为调查对象,通过半结构性访谈的质性研究方法探究影响大学生知识共享的因素,归纳出影响大学生知识共享的11个基本范畴并延伸出5个主范畴,并通过发放问卷检验研究提出的相关假设,在此基础上构建了智慧图书馆社群环境下大学生知识共享行为的作用路径与理论模型。[结果/结论]差序氛围感知、知识势差、网络关系嵌入、知识溢出、心理安全感是影响社群环境下大学生知识共享行为的五大外因变量,其中差序氛围感知与知识势差是最重要的影响因素。
[Purpose/significance]In the context of smart library,exploring the reading psychology and behavioral changes of college students in the social network can not only provide theoretical support for students to improve their learning efficiency,but also provide a reference for the optimal management of colleges and libraries.[Method/process]This paper selects 48 college students as the survey objects,and explores the factors that affect the knowledge sharing of college students through the qualitative research method of semi-structured interviews.And it distributes questionnaires to test the relevant hypotheses proposed by the research.On this basis,it constructs the functional path and theoretical model of the knowledge sharing behavior of college students in the smart library community environment.[Result/conclusion]The differential context perception,knowledge potential difference,network relationship embedding,knowledge spillover and psychological security are the five external variables that affect the knowledge sharing behavior of college students in the community environment.Among them,the differential atmosphere perception and knowledge potential difference are the most important factors.
