摘要 按照《国家危险废物名录》,电解槽大修渣属于危险废物。随着对电解槽大修渣污染特征的不断认识掌握以及国家对危险废物污染控制力度的加大,电解槽大修渣环境影响评价已成为评价重点内容之一。该文结合不同的电解槽大修渣处置方式所造成的环境影响特征,总结了目前我国电解槽大修渣在2种主要的处置方式即堆场填埋和综合利用情况下,进行环境影响评价时应分别关注的问题和技术要点。 According to the National Catalogue of Hazardous Wastes,electrolytic cell overhauling slag belongs to hazardous waste.With the continuous understanding and mastery of the pollution characteristics of electrolytic cell overhaul slag,and the strengthening of the state to control the pollution of hazardous waste,the environmental impact assessment of electrolytic cell overhaul slag has become one of the key contents of evaluation.Combined with the characteristics of environmental impact caused by different disposal methods of electrolytic cell overhaul slag,this paper summarizes the problems and technical points that should be paid attention to in the environmental impact assessment under the two main disposal methods of electrolytic cell overhaul slag in China,namely,landfill and comprehensive utilization.
