城市居民生活垃圾与生活性再生资源两网融合回收物流网络重构 被引量:1

摘要 近来,国家和地方政府均将"两网融合"作为工作重点,积极开展再生资源回收与生活垃圾分类清运体系的协同发展,重构传统生活性再生资源回收物流网络势在必行。将"两网融合"回收物流网络划分为"三类别四层级",以成本最小化为优化目标,构建"两网融合"网点选址模型;基于百度POI数据,利用Power Map和Tableau等地图可视化工具对长沙市"两网融合"相关网点数据进行挖掘,同时通过爬取社区地理区位、辖内小区位置、户数、常住人口数等相关人口数据和POI数据,采用K-means聚类选址方法对长沙市"两网融合"回收物流二级和三级网络进行选址,并以长沙市开福区为例进行说明。 Recently,"two networks integration"is taken as the focus task for both national and local governments,who actively carry out the collaborative development of renewable resources recovery and domestic waste sorting and transportation system.Thus,it’s urgent to reconstruct the traditional recycling logistics network of living renewable resources.Recycling logistics network of"two networks integration"are divided into"three categories and four levels".A site selection model of"two networks integration"is built with minimizing the cost;based on Baidu POI data,with map visualization tools such as Power Map and Tableau,network data related to the"two network convergence"are mined and geographical location of the community are crawled.Also,with K-means clustering location method,secondary and tertiary network of recycling logistics of"two networks integration"are located,taken Kaifu District as an example.
