摘要
切实提高课程思政育人成效是实现立德树人的重要保障。虽然经过推进实施,课程思政的育人目标逐渐实现,但在实施阶段,发现由于学科的差别导致工科类专业的课程思政推进较为缓慢,隐性育人功能未能充分发挥。从教师育人意识、思政元素挖掘动力、示范课程的辐射带动作用、课程思政教学设计能力等四个方面深入分析制约工科类专业课程思政进一步推进的主要原因,并针对性地提出明确育人目标、充分挖掘思政元素、建立跨学科的课程思政教研团队、坚持持续改进反馈机制的解决对策,期望实现工科类专业的课程思政育人目标。
Effectively improving the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education is an important guarantee for the realization of morality.Although through implementation,the educational goal of curriculum ideology and politics is gradually realized,but in the implementation stage,it is found that the differences in disciplines have led to slower advancement of curriculum ideology and politics in engineering majors,and the implicit education function has not been fully utilized.This article analyzes the main reasons that restrict the further advancement of ideological and political education of engineering professional courses through four aspects:teacher education awareness,ideological and political elements excavating motivation,the radiation and driving role of demonstration courses,and the ability of curriculum ideological and political teaching design.Propose solutions to clarify education goals,fully explore ideological and political elements,establish a cross-disciplinary curriculum ideological and political teaching and research team,and insist on continuous improvement of the feedback mechanism,and hope to achieve the course of engineering major ideological and political education goals.
