摘要
针对国内煤矿掘进工作过程中的安全因素与问题进行研究,通过统计历年安全事故,分析造成各类型事故的原因。建立矿井掘进生产安全评价体系,通过模糊数学理论,合理评估各安全因素,给出生产单位的综合安全评价标准。针对工人的事故预防能力,构建培训系统,通过事故案例的简述、分析与预防等步骤,引导工人主动关注安全事故的危险,提高工人的安全意识与预防能力。
This paper studies the safety factors and problems in the process of coal mine tunneling in China,and analyzes the causes of various types of accidents by statistics of safety accidents over the years.The safety evaluation system of mine tunneling production is established.Through fuzzy mathematical theory,the safety factors are reasonably evaluated,and the comprehensive safety evaluation standard of production units is given.According to the accident prevention ability of workers,the training system is constructed,and through the steps of brief description,analysis and prevention of accident cases,the workers are guided to pay attention to the danger of safety accidents actively,and to improve the safety awareness and prevention ability of workers.
