摘要
针对煤矿井下带式输送机液压张紧装置控制系统存在的张紧力可调范围受限、自适应能力较差的问题,对原张紧控制系统进行优化设计。给出优化张紧控制系统总体设计方案、软件硬件设计方案,设计带式输送机启动过程、运行过程以及停机过程张紧力自适应调节方案。实际应用效果表明:优化后的带式输送机皮带液压张紧控制系统的张紧力能够与负载自适应调节,降低皮带断带、打滑故障发生率,保证带式输送机安全、连续、稳定运行。
Aiming at the problems of limited adjustable space of tension force and poor self-adaptability in the hydraulic tensioning device control system of coal mine belt conveyor,the original tensioning control system is optimized.The actual application effect shows that the tension force of the optimized belt hydraulic tension control system can be adjusted adaptively to the load,reducing the occurrence of belt breakage and slipping failures,and ensuring the safe,continuous and stable operation of the belt conveyor.
